Orders of disposition, Family Court, New York County (Leah Ruth Marks, J.) and (Judith Sheindlin, J.), both entered March
20, 1992, adjudicating appellant a juvenile delinquent upon separate findings that he committed acts which, if committed by
an adult, would constitute the crimes of attempted robbery in the third degree, attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree,
and attempted assault in the third degree, and that he committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the
crimes of attempted robbery in the first degree and attempted robbery in the second degree, and each placing him with the
Division for Youth, Title III, for 18 months, unanimously affirmed, without costs. The incidents underlying these proceedings occurred on the same night and involved appellant's alleged attempts to rob a
woman in a subway station and a man on a subway train.
