[146 A.D.2d 697 Page 697] In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondent Board of Estimate denying the petitioners' application for the release of the City of New York's interest in certain property acquired in an in rem foreclosure proceeding, the petitioners appeal (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Amann, J.), dated May 5, 1987, which dismissed the proceeding, and (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated January 5, 1988, as, upon granting reargument, adhered to its original determination.
